orientation
Our First Stamp experience began with begin an on site experience at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. Our group met in person for the first time and prepared for the full First Stamp experience.
london – part 1
We hit the ground running in London, where the group toured Windsor Castle, Trafalgar Square, we visited Big Ben, Eton, the Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London.
London – part 2
We had behind-the-scenes access to the House of Parliament, Speaker’s Corner at Hyde Park, and we saw Wicked the Musical.
oxford, shakespeare
We explored the University of Oxford and Stratford-Upon-Avon. We experienced the English countryside, visited the birthplace of William Shakespeare, saw a Shakespeare play, and toured the iconic Stonehenge.
paris – part 1
We took the Eurostar train from London to Paris for our final leg of the trip – the City of Lights! We saw the Champs Elysees, took a trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower, visited the Musee Rodin and the Jardin des Tuileries.
paris – part 2
The personal tour of the Louvre was a highlight for all. We were able to spend time and learn about the remarkable art in this world-renowned museum. We are grateful to the American Friends of the Louvre for their hospitality during this amazing visit.
